- The age of the candidate should be less than 17 years while applying for the fellowship program.
- The family revenue of the SC/ ST aspirant must be less than 2.5 lakhs per annum. In the case of OBC candidates, it should be no more than 1 Lakh per annum.

- Study tours: The students will receive a study yours. The amount is determined as ₹ 900 for OBC and ₹ 1600 per annum for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe for studying professional and technical courses.
