Narendra Damodardas Modi is also known as Narendra Modi and NAMO. He is an Indian politician serving as the current Prime Minister of India since 2014. He is the 14th Prime Minister of India and the first PM outside the Indian National Congress to win two sequential elections with the full majority. He is also 2nd Prime Minister after Atal Bihari Vajpayee who serves as Prime Minister for more than 5 years other than congress leader. PM Modi is a member of the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) and also a member of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh). Currently, he is serving as a member of parliament from Varanasi Lok Sabha before this Modi was serving as the Chief Minister of Gujarat from 2001 to 2014.
Narendra Modi Early Life
Borns on 17 September 1950 in a Gujarati Hindu grocers family in Vadnagar, Modi helped his father to sell tea at Vakadnagar railway station. He is the third child of Damodardas Mulchand Modi and Hiraben Modi. According to his teachers since childhood, one of the favorite prime ministers of India was a good debater, and he had a keen interest in theatre. In childhood, he has played a number of realistic characters that have influenced him to start his career as a politician.
At the age of eight, NAMO discovered Rastriyo Sevak Sangha and joined them. Soon he becomes the Bal Swayamsevak, and RSS has become the political mentor of him. When he was a teenager, he was married to a girl named Josodaben. After some years of marriage, he left home and abounded his marital status and left home. Before the national elections of 2014, he declared that he is married. However, the couple is separated now, and none of them has started their married life once again.
In the year 1978, Narendra Damodar das Modi had received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi (Open learning). In the year 1983, he got a Master of Arts Degree from the Gujarat University; where he got a first-class degree.
Since childhood, he came across several popular RSS leaders who become his political trainer, and he became a volunteer of RSS. By leaving his house, he gave his full time to the RSS and lived his life as a hermit. It is also said that he got influenced by the views of the Swami Vivekananda. That is also helped him to gather the versatility in his political career.
The political career of Narendra Modi
Like his personal life, his political life has also become a happening one that helped him to gain more popularity towards him. The journey that he has started since his childhood is still going on, and it is making his carrier as an extraordinary one.
In the year 1987, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party, and from the beginning, he gained popularity. Due to this popularity, he has become the general secretary of the BJP Gujarat state unit. As a general secretary, he has shown his “Karishma”.
In the year 1988 when Lal Krishna Advani has started his “Rathyatra” from Somnath to Kanya kumari, since that time, the BJP party has become the ruling party of Gujarat. In this mission, Narendra Modi has have helped him to create a strong community among the party members. Soon, in the year 1995, he has become the key strategist as well as become the secretary of the BJP’s national unit.
The year 2001 was the very important year for the Narendra Modi as this year he had become the Chief Minister of Gujarat. After taking the oath in the 7 October 2001 as a chief minister of Gujarat, he has started his journey to gain popularity at Gujarat by performing a number of projects that helps in the growth of the mankind.
His hard work and the strategy to do hard work have made him CM for three consecutive times. He has defeated Ashwin Mehta from the INC. Till the year 2014; he was in the role of the chief minister of Gujarat. Due to the Lok Sabha elections, he had to resign from the role of Chief Minister to be the prime minister of India.
At last in the year 2014, he becomes the prime minister of India. Some popular campaign of him like Ache din, Chowkidar, and Sacha Bharat mission has made him popular among the Indians. The journey which he has started during Gujarat’s Chief minister to create a vast development in the economic and business sector of Gujarat, also continued after he became prime minister of India, he has continued the campaigns that help in the development of mankind. His invented schemes and the campaigns have made him popular among the young stars. His style, his attitude, and the overall appearance of him have made him popular among the youngsters. Hopefully, he will continue his post once again.
