Meri Fasal Mera Byora is an agricultural scheme started by Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar, CM of the Indian state Haryana. The farmers don’t have to go to any offline office to provide the details on this portal. Everything can be done online.

From January 11, 2021, it is mandatory for everyone to get registered under Meri Fasal Mera Byora in order to get the subsidy or other agricultural benefits under government schemes.

Meri Fasal Mera Byora Yojana Haryana‘s objective is to provide all the facilities and agriculture-related information to the farmers of Haryana and one place. It also aims at providing timely subsidised loans, agricultural kits, subsidies on seeds and other agricultural implements, and assistance at all times, including natural calamities.

  • Anyone registering with this portal needs to be a permanent resident of the state of Haryana.
  • Only farmers can get themselves registered.
  • Anyone who is registered under MFMB has to provide his crop details every year timely.

  • You have to go to the official website of Meri Fasal Mera Byora and when the homepage of the website opens on your screen, you have to go to the Mandi Sachiv/ Mandi Secretary login option.
  • Then a new page will open on your screen where you have to select your district and the mandi(market) centre.
  • In the next step, it will ask you for your mobile number and after that, you will be logged in.

How to apply for Meri Fasal Mera Byora Online?

Anyone willing to get registered with this scheme has to follow these steps:

1. First of all, you need to go to the official website for Meri Fasal Mera Byora.

2. Then, the website’s homepage will appear on your screen, where you will find an option called Register.

3. You have to select that option. Then a new page will open on your screen where you have to provide your mobile number.

4. After providing your mobile number and doing the captcha verification, hit on the continue button.

5. Then, some more information like your Aadhar number, family ID, etc., will be asked. Provide any one of the details that are available with you and hit the search button.

6. Then, an OTP will be sent on the number provided by you.

7. You have to use that OTP for doing your OTP verification.

8. After doing all these things, the Meri fasal Mera byora application form will be opened on your screen.

9. The application form has four different sections.

In the first section, you will be asked for details about yourself. In the second section, it will ask you for the details related to your crop.

In the next section, you have to provide your bank details, and in the last and fourth sections, you have to provide Mandi and commission agent details.

10. After filling up all the details correctly, select the submit button. After your successful registration, you will be given your Registration ID along with the password.

  • After that, you have to select the print form option.
  • A new page will be opened on your screen where you are required to enter your details like your name, bank account number, mobile number, etc.

How To Do Marginal Farmer Registration for Paddy Crops?

  • You have to go to the official website and then when the homepage of the website opens on your screen, you have to select Marginal Farmer Registration Only for Paddy option.
  • When you click on it, a new page will appear on your device screen where it will ask you for your mobile number and then you have to go through captcha verification.

What are the important Farmer Registration Guidelines for Meri Fasal Mera Byora?

● The length of the provided Aadhaar number should be 12 digits.
● A 10 digit phone number has to be provided.
● All the important information related to crops are sent to this registered mobile number through SMS.
● Documents like bank passbook copy, land ownership papers, Aadhaar Card and details like name of the crop, sowing time and the varieties, etc are required to be available with the farmers at the time of registration.

Meri Fasal Mera Byora Call Centres

Recently a meeting was held where many important decisions regarding this scheme were made. One of them was the setup of call centres for Meri Fasal Mera Byora Yojana. These Call Centres will help farmers to register their problems and then the solution will be provided through these call centres in the least possible time. These call centres will be under the Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.

Also, this meeting discussed the opening of the e-procurement/e-kharid portal. Online payment systems will also be a part of this portal and to successfully achieve this, a number of banks have been approached. The details of payments will be transferred to the farmers through SMS. If farmers face any kind of payment related problems, call centres will help to resolve those.

Apart from these, for transferring information like which crop to sow, different kinds of benefits under the scheme, the government has also launched State Level Fasal E-Suchna portal.

Linking Mera Pani Meri Virasat Yojana with Meri Fasal Mera Byora Yojana

Mera Pani Meri Virasat Yojana was started one year ago by the government of Haryana where the aim of this Yojana was to save water by minimising its use in agriculture. This scheme provided financial assistance to all those farmers in the state of Haryana who instead of cultivating crops like paddy that consume a lot of water, choose to cultivate alternative crops that require very less amount of water. An amount of Rs. 7000 per hectare is provided under the scheme as financial assistance to such farmers. It was quite successful and considering its good results, the government decided to link this with the Meri fasal Mera Byora Yojana.

This news about the linking of two schemes was made public in a review meeting where Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar declared this. He gave instructions to the officers of the Agricultural Department to pass on the information of the scheme to all the farmers. Also, the Chief Minister said that farmers who grow soybean, jowar, vegetables, pulses, etc will also be given financial assistance.

In order to get benefits from these two schemes, the farmers in Haryana have to upload their crop-related details on the respective scheme’s official web portal. The chief minister has also strictly instructed the timely transfer of benefits to the farmers. To achieve this, the Haryana state will be separated into 4 different zones and one senior officer will be appointed for each zone. These offices have to make farmers aware of the different benefits related to this scheme and about all the latest information. Those farmers who haven’t done any kind of cultivation during the paddy season are also eligible for getting the benefits of Mera Pani Meri Virasat Yojana.

Crop Purchase Online Payment Mode and Scheduling 2024

All the farmers, who are willing to sell their paddy crops in government Mandis, can do the date scheduling for this through the official portal of Meri Fasal Mera Byora. They can choose a specific date as per their choice on which they want to introduce their crop in the Mandis.

This scheduling can also be done by reaching out to the concerned Mandi Secretary or the Mandi Committee and call centres.

For this year, all the payments for all the crop purchases will be done online by the government. If the payment is not done within the specified time range (40-74 hrs from sale), an interest of 9% will be paid to the farmer for the delay.

Recently even farmers of other states other than Haryana can also sell their paddy crop to the Haryana government through the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal. The Haryana government has targeted procuring 8 lakh metric tons of wheat this year.
